Happy 1st Birthday Abigale

I'm going to be 4!

Poor kid asks EVERY day if it's his Birthday yet! ;o) He still has 3 weeks left. Needless to say, he's excited about growing older. I keep telling him he should take his time. But what do mom's know anyway?

Tubby Time

Spoiled

The boy's get spoiled once in awhile with a scone or doughnut from Starbucks. Often, I think it's funny that a 3 year old even knows what a scone is. I think I was in Junior High or older before I figured that one out...or maybe when I started hitting Starbucks. Anyway, here are a couple pics of the boys enjoying a nice old fashioned chocolate doughnut with some yummy white frosting on it. Actually, Ethan doesn't care what you get him...as long as it has all the "white stuff" on top. His words, not mine.

Slumber Party w/ Gunner

We got to keep Gunner over night this past weekend. Ethan had a blast and I got a taste of what it's like to have 3 boys. It wasn't as bad as I thought...BUT Gunner is the easiest kid to take care of.

Super Heros

So for Christmas I decided to break out the ol' sewing machine and pour my heart and soul into a couple super hero cape's for the boy's. Remind you, I have NOT sewn anything since 7th grade Home Economics class...too many years to even count. Once I figured out how to get the thread all threaded right...I was surprised by my sewing capabilities. I only had to take Clayton's apart once and re-do only a few sections. Here is how they turned out (if you ever see them in person...don't look too close at the stitching ;o))....oh and I was "helping" Santa out, because they got them in their stockings.

Clayton has yet to wear his...he prefers to wad it up and use it as a Kleenex.

Ethan is THE super hero of the house....He sported his cape out to dinner a few weeks ago.
